Starcom wins female media brief from Lock & Lock

LONDON - Lock & Lock, the Korean-based company that produces high-quality food storage containers has appointed Starcom Motive to handle its £1m UK media planning and buying account.

The agency has been briefed to create awareness of Lock & Lock among discerning housewives and professional females.

Media activity will be focused around aspirational women's TV programmes such as 'Sex and the City' and will establish the product as a stylish and essential part of the consumer's daily life.

James Sneddon, account planner at Starcom Motive, said: "Our goal for Lock & Lock is to create a prestige 'must have' container that rivals the success of other premium household products such as Dyson."
