BT's print media is already planned and bought through Starcom MediaVest while TV media is planned by PHD and bought by The Allmond Partnership.
PHD and TAP remain unaffected by the move of the radio account, which transfers in April.
Grant Miller, head of planning and media at BT, said: "In the interests of efficiencies, BT has decided to rationalise its media accounts held between its Publicis media agencies."
He added: "We will transfer our radio business from ZenithOptimedia to sister agency Starcom MediaVest. Starcom currently holds our ethnic media, international media and our implementational press planning and buying accounts."
BT's decision to move the account comes amid industry speculation that the telecoms giant may consider consolidating its media roster into a single agency, although a BT spokesman has denied the claims.
"This does not affect any other agencies on our media roster at this stage," the spokesman said.
