It's unclear whether Sebastian has another job to go to.
Maria Sebastian, senior vice-president for brand, marketing and product at Starbucks EMEA, is leaving the company later this month.
A Starbucks spokesperson confirmed Sebastian would be leaving in mid-July, but declined to provide further details.
Sebastian did not respond to requests for comment.
She joined Starbucks in June 2016 and, before that, was senior vice-president for global sales and customer engagement at Virgin Atlantic.
