Spurs hunts shop for fans scheme

LONDON - Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is looking for a marketing communications agency to revamp its fan membership scheme.

It is believed that the winning agency will also be tasked with handling retention and acquisition marketing.

A spokeswoman for the club confirmed that it had spoken to several agencies, and a decision is expected shortly. The process has been overseen by the in-house marketing team.

Last year, Tottenham signed one of the Premiership's biggest shirt sponsorship deals, with online gaming brand Mansion.

In July 2006, Tottenham hired PSP Communications to handle its monthly magazine, Hotspur.
