
Bordages joins from Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, the US-based law firm, where he was corporate counsel for five years.
In his new role he will be responsible for managing the company’s global legal affairs and leading the company’s consumer online privacy efforts.
Bordages will be based in the company’s California office and report to Tim Vanderhook, Specific Media co-founder and chief executive.
