The company has been involved in the annual awards ceremony since its inception in 2006, which takes place in March 2014. It will be the ninth occassion in which Spark & Fuse has managed the event.
It aims to recognise the achievements of inspiring mums in the UK and forms part of a national campaign, which spans seven months and attracts thousands of nominations from the public, as well as celebrity involvement.
Sarah Burns and Juliette Thomas, co-founders of Spark & Fuse, will oversee all aspects of the awards, including confirmation of the venue and organising the logistics for the winning mums and guests.
Burns said: "We are delighted to be working on the awards again for 2014. It’s an extremely exciting and rewarding project that concludes in a fantastic event for all involved.
"It doesn’t matter how many years we work on this - when it comes to the actual day and we see all the inspiring winners collecting their awards, we always get emotional."
Last year, the awards moved from the Waldorf Hilton Hotel to London’s The Savoy. The 2012 event was also screened on television - on Channel 5 on Mother’s Day - for the first time.
Debbie Chernin, Tesco UK publishing director, said: "Last year, and every year, Spark & Fuse impress us with their efficiency, creativity and professionalism."
