The social media agency set up its first US office in New York in 2012, .
The new office will be led by Leila Thabet, the US managing director, who will be bi-coastal while the agency recruits for a local leadership team.
Meanwhile Jenn Bader, group account director for We Are Social New York, has relocated to San Francisco, where she will handle the Old Navy account, as well as supporting existing clients.
We Are Social has more than 500 staff in nine offices around the world. The agency now has a headcount of 50 in New York, with clients including Reebok and Beats by Dre.
