The production firm, which worked on the Ryder Cup last year, also saw pre-tax profit rise from £46,000 to £294,000 in 12 months.
"This year we’re forecasting £6m turnover and £400,000 profit & we’ve already hit our half-year target," said Smyle managing director Rick Stainton.
The firm expects to do well from the Olympics next year, taking advantage of the requirement of "clients to create an impact that differentiates itself from all the other activity taking place".
