The Piers Morgan-hosted event, which takes place on 16 and 17 November, will be supported by ITV.
Around 1,000 guests are expected, with 350 due to attend the 50th anniversary conference, which is also organised by Smyle and will feature mayor Boris Johnson as a speaker.
The gala dinner will feature awards for the best in marketing over the past 50 years, taken from its 50 Golden Brands and Heroes nominations.
"A clear differentiation in approach with sensitivity to budgets seems to be playing a big part in several significant recent account wins for us," said Smyle marketing director, Rob Rooke.
Smyle will use its media and film production facilities for the project.
