The Hertford-based company will open the office, which can hold up to 10 people for meetings, on 1 January 2012.
The area around Old Street and Shorditch has been dubbed "tech city" due to the growing hub of digital and creative companies based in and around it.
Smyle MD Rick Stainton said the new office was likely to be "the first of several satellite offices".
He added: "This is an exciting development for Smyle that will immediately support our Olympic projects as well as a longer term commitment to our enhanced client management & growth plans."
