Event managers Single Market Events London and Fresh Montgomery are organising the exhibition, which is expected to attract up to 4,000 visitors.
Independent Hotel 12 will be a free event, featuring exhibitors showcasing hotel design, furniture, furnishings and accessories, software programs, in-room technology and entertainment systems.
SME London managing director Tim Etchells said it was the "right time" for the sector to have a dedicated event.
"The independent luxury and boutique hotel industry has gained enormous strength over the past five years with between 100-150 hotels opening each year. There are more than 45,000 hotels in the UK, with independent hotels making up two-thirds of this market."
