The exhibition and conference welcomed 3,246 visitors between 22-24 November, and a further 840 people attended the event's European Hotel Design Awards on 22 November, 128 more than the previous year.
Sleep Event Europe brand director Gemma Butler said the visitor increase was significant ahead of future international launches for the show.
She said: "It perfectly positions us to expand our brands into international territories such as our launch into India this year and our expansion into China in 2012 with the Sleep Event China being incorporated into the established Hotelex."
The exhibition included more than 150 exhibitors for products such as luxury bathrooms, creative lighting and bespoke furniture.
