Former 'Eastenders' actor Kemp will produce six films a year for Sky1HD and Sky1 over the next two-years.
Sky said that no projects have been green lit as yet, and no production company commitments are attached.
Last month Sky aired 'Ross Kemp In Search of Pirates' as he chased down Somalia pirates over the horn of Africa.
Kemp said: "The audience and press reaction to all the shows we have made has been testament to the relationship between Sky1 and myself.
"Where next? Who knows, but what's for sure, whatever we plan to pursue, we will put our heart and soul into it for the Sky1 viewers and tell the stories no one else is telling."

"He has been presenting and producing incredible films for Sky 1 and more recently Sky 1 HD for over four years, and has brought the stories of countless untold individuals across the globe directly into viewers' living rooms.
"In an era of often bland and stuffy current affairs reporting, Ross brings colour, passion and insight, and opens the stories first to millions of viewers.

"What he has achieved with his films in Afghanistan, 'Gangs' and Kenya is something unique to British broadcasting."
'Ross Kemp on Gangs' was awarded the Bafta for best factual series in 2007. The four-part series triumphed in a category that included Stephen Fry's 'Secret Life of The Manic Depressive', Bruce Parry's 'Tribe' and 'Who Do You Think You Are?'.
In January 2008 'Ross Kemp in Afghanistan' was broadcast on Sky1 and Sky1 HD. It was a personal and gritty account of soldiering on the front line and gave a different perspective on what British troops face in Helmand province.
Shot entirely in HD the show allowed the audience to experience life through the eyes of the serving soldier in unflinching detail.
The five-part series reached over two million people per episode and won the award for Best Multichannel programme at the Broadcast awards in 2008.
Along with 'Ross Kemp: A Kenya Special', which aired in October 2008, it was nominated for a Bafta in 2009 in the Factual Series and Current Affairs categories respectively.
