
Sponsored by Sainsburys, Love Cooking is a one-day event featuring six one-hour theatre style cookery presentations from chefs including Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, James Martin, Gary Rhodes, Ainsley Harriott, Rachel Allen and Rick Stein.
They will focus on seasonal and local produce, classic British dishes, Carribbean spice, Italian and seafood dishes, while each event will be hosted by food journalist and broadcaster Nigel Barden and wine expert Olly Smith
Running alongside these theatre shows will be a number of other features including Back to Basics Skill Stations, which will see local chefs and cookery school lecturers providing demonstrations; the Good Food Cafe that will be showing archive footage from cookery programmes; Books for Cooks; Starter for Ten Quiz and Love Cooking Membership.
The event starts in Bristol on 5 October and will take in Edinburgh and London before finishing in Harrogate at the Harrogate International Centre.
