The deal was secured after a formal tender process after the City of London Corporation decided to establish a single partnership between the three event spaces at the venue.
Since 2009 the company has been the sole caterer for The Walkways, which is suspended 45 metres above the Thames within the historic bridge. Since Seasoned Events’ residency began, the venue has seen the number of events booked increase by 40%.
The caterer will now manager the Engine Rooms and the smaller North Tower Lounge.
Colin Sayers, managing director of Seasoned Events, said: "This is an amazing achievement for the team. We have always been very pro-active and passionate in selling the Walkways and now we have the opportunity to use our experience across the whole venue to cross sell the various event spaces.
"We are doubling the on-site team to support our ambitious plans and are really pushing the boundaries to raise the bar in terms of quality and experience."
David Wight, Tower Bridge master, added: "We are looking forward to developing our already successful partnership with Seasoned Events. The company has been instrumental in growing the events business here over the last five years and we are excited to work with them across all event spaces at the Bridge to progress this even further."
