The company has snapped up catering contracts at Blenheim Palace, the Royal College of General Practitioners headquarters in Euston Square, the Army and Navy Club and London Southend Airport.
All four contracts will be up and running by 2012, with Searcys taking over catering at Blenheim Palace from Olympic caterer Sodexo Prestige.
Searcys CEO Doug Tetley said the news highlights the progress that has been made since the company went through a management buyout 12 months ago.
"Searcys has always resonated with people as being established, dependable and maintaining high standards – that makes contracts like Blenheim a very natural fit," he commented.
The firm is predicting a 300% sales growth in its existing venues as a result of the ‘Olympic effect’ with St Pancras Grand being ideally positioned for passengers boarding the specially commissioned ‘Olympic Javelin to Stratford.
The Gherkin, another of Searcys venues, has also been "overwhelmed" with enquiries for the Games, with the sales impact estimated to be in the region of £4m.
Searcys will take on an additional 400 staff during 2012 to meet the extra demand.
It will further show its support for the Games by sponsoring Olympic athlete Dai Greene.
