The inaugural show, called The Main Event, took place on 28 February 2008 and was organised by QD Events. It attracted more than 1,000 visitors. This year's show takes place on 12 March.
Companies exhibiting this year include Apex Hotels, Badaboom Bars, En Croute Catering, Go Ape, Historic Scotland, Marriott Hotels, Sound & Vision and Tents and Events.
"When organising an event, the main barriers are often where to source information on venues, organisers, entertainment, transport and catering," said The Main Event director Fran McIntyre.
