
The process is being run by Oystercatchers and led by Alison Dean, the head of marketing at Savills. There are four shops involved.

Savills appointed Isobel earlier this month to handle creative for its residential estate agency arm. The independent shop has been asked to "develop a new creative positioning across all channels".
The Red Brick Road previously worked with Savills for five years, but the relationship ended because of a client conflict. The agency picked up easyProperty, the online estate agent arm of easyGroup, in May.
Savills posted a 34 per cent year-on-year increase in its underlying profits to £100.5 million in its 2014 financial results.
The company declined to comment at the time of press.
