Reporting to Katrien De Bauw, Saatchi & Saatchi’s chief operating officer, Nicholls will work on the agency’s Direct Line account, while Collins will oversee the Toyota GB and Kerry Foods businesses.

At Mother, Nicholls ran the Boots and UKTV accounts, and worked on the strategy and launch of Mother at The Trampery, the Shoreditch workspace.

Before that, he was a joint client services director at Dare and head of Dare Labs, where he managed a department of 60 account managers and producers. He has also worked at Nokia and Bartle Bogle Hegarty.

Collins is a founder of the content agency Greens & Salad, where he helped Nike launch its Flyknit trainer. Before that, he worked at Nike for seven years in senior global brand marketing communications roles based in the Netherlands, the US and the UK. He began his career in advertising working at Leagas Delaney, JWT and Leo Burnett.

De Bauw said: "Will and Adam are client partners with the talent, drive and experience of delivering great work that materially impacts client business – and that makes them ideal additions to our senior team."
