The postcards, 60,000 of which will be placed in health and fitness clubs across the UK, offer the chance to enter a prize draw. The data collected will be added to Saab's contact database.
The mailing will highlight the 9-3's features that can be used in all seasons, such as its insulated roof, which can be closed in 20 seconds, and automatic climate control.
