Vinopolis managing director Rupert Ellwood, who is stepping down from the role on 23 July, is set to join supermarket giant Waitrose as manager of international growth.
Event exclusively broke the news that at event space Vinopolis next month.
Today we can reveal that he will be joining Waitrose to develop new customers and routes to market for Waitrose in Overseas markets.
Ellwood will be leaving the event industry after spending 15 years working at venues such as the Natural History Museum and Vinopolis.
