Rufus Hound fronts St John Ambulance first aid campaign

St John Ambulance, the first aid charity, has launched an awareness campaign featuring comedian and TV presenter Rufus Hound called "Save a Life September".

The charity is calling on people to visit its website to watch a range of free first aid videos. The website also enables people to search for local courses to help boost their first aid skills.

Recipe London has created a film, starring Hound as a hapless supply teacher running a cookery class, to help drive people to the St John Ambulance website.

During the online video the class descends into chaos without any first aid training and Hound is clueless when faced with a string of increasingly gruesome casualties.

This is the second production between Recipe and St John Ambulance following their ‘Celebrate Like A Hero’ campaign last year.

The work was created by Anna Gladwin and Christian Fugallo and directed by Markus Meedt from the Recipe 'Kitchen'. It will be viewable on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and the St John Ambulance website.
