RSPCA appoints Valldata to manage donations and fulfilment

LONDON - The animal welfare charity RSPCA has appointed direct marketing agency Valldata after a four-way pitch to manage its donations handling and fulfilment programme and help drive future campaigns.

RSPCA has an active donor base of more than 550,000 supporters and is looking to develop its strategies with Valldata, which offers services including database management, response handling, donation handling and data processing.

Hamish Horton, director of Valldata, said: "Bringing the RSPCA into our increasing fold of charity clients will enable supporters to benefit through increased relationship management and processing capabilities that we offer."

Valldata has been handling charity donations for more than 15 years and handles response via post, telephone and the internet.

Nick Daniel, personal fundraising manager at the RSPCA, added: "Valldata's processes, use of technology and desire for constant system improvement fit perfectly with the RSPCA's ongoing customer care strategy."
