Bradshaw, who is currently head of data strategy for Royal Mail, will work closely with Thomas Funk, Rapp's CEO of global data solutions. He will take up his new roll at Rapp in January.
He spent ten years at Royal Mail in a number of roles including head of international products and as marketing director, latterly spearheading the development of new data tools and leading the company's intelligent mail programme.
Prior to that he worked at Lloyds TSB as a senior marketing manager.
Funk, who joined the company in March last year, said Bradshaw's appointment marked the beginning of phase two at Rapp, which was formerly Identex.
He said: "When I took over the global data role one of my first priorities was to begin integrating Rapp's data capabilities in the UK with its marcomms offering.
"With that in place and the re-brand complete it is time for phase two and that starts with putting a top flight MD in place to ensure we build on the tremendous progress we have made."
