Rowley defects to rival Screen FX

The head of Titan Outdoor's digital screens arm, Transvision, is to join rival digital media owner Screen FX as joint head of sales.

Richard Rowley will lead the sales team alongside John Scorah, who joined AIM-listed Screen FX 18 months ago. They will oversee a national sales team of eight in London and a local sales team of 12 in Manchester, and report to group managing director David Neale.

The company, which manages 250 large-format plasma screens in shopping malls, is rolling out a network of screens in commuter trains, and provides digital signage in hospitals and doctors' surgeries.

Rowley will focus on looking for content providers for Screen FX's network, while Scorah's remit will be agency and client sales.

Scorah said: "Richard has been very close to the Transvision project and that was a very successful digital format, the most successful so far. We were keen to get him on board and benefit from his experience with these formats."
