
Rowley, who has around 15 years of media experience was previously head of sales at Atmad, the digital outdoor specialist. He had also worked at Titan, the outdoor company, in a department head role.
Rowley will report to Jonathan Southcombe, the company's managing partner.
The retail marketing agency also acts as a sales house for a number of retailers including the Co-operative and Spar.
Clients across the Abc Media business include Unilever, P&G, Mindshare, Nestle and Coca-Cola.
