
In addition to the established Skyfest Big Weekend’s in London and Edinburgh there will be a Skyfest Metro in Leeds and Skyfest Local in Birmingham and Bristol.
All five events will take place across July and August, welcoming a combined total of more than 30,000 Sky staff, friends and family. This is the fourth year the agency has delivered the event on behalf of Sky.
The first of the events takes place in London this weekend (14-15 July) at the Grasshoppers RFC in Osterley with headline acts including Example, DJ Fresh, Stooshe, The Cribs, Pixie Lott and The Pigeon Detectives.
Each of Sky’s channels will have a presence; the E! Entertainment Television tent offering makeovers inspired by the stars of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, and the Sky Movies featuring a green screen experience.
Rouge’s creative director Nathan Homan said there had been some "additional challenges" this year in producing a series of events that run over the same period as the Olympics but the team has been working hard to ensure it still provides the best possible value and quality.
