Lieberberg, who is founder and director of German rock festival Rock AM Ring, which attracts almost 150,000 people annually, will discuss his vision for the development and future of the event.
He will also be looking back at his career, which has included the responsibility of organising performances and tours for Aerosmith, Bruce Springsteen and Depeche Mode.
Ahead of his address, Lieberberg said: "I’m both astonished and flattered to be the keynote speaker. If I don't forget to remember to forget I will try to share moments of bliss, delusion, vanity and furore with you."
The conference will also explore a number of key topics of discussion effecting the festival industry as part of a series of talks including festival tourism, technology and ticket pricing.
The annual UK Festival Awards will follow the conference in the evening.
