RMG Connect promotes Hodgkinson to client services director

LONDON - RMG Connect has promoted Stuart Hodgkinson to client services director to boost its senior team.

Hodgkinson currently heads up the HSBC account focusing on consumer acquisition and retention.

In his new role Hodgkinson's will continue to work on HSBC but he will have a broader duty to all RMG Connect's clients.

He will review key client objectives and continue to pursue opportunities to drive business forward, where possible using RMG Connect's digital offering to enhance clients' objectives.

In addition, Hodgkinson will support CEO Tim Hipperson in developing the account management team and overseeing all client directors.

Hodkinson's previous experience within client services includes leading marketing campaigns in the US for Natwest, heading up the Abbey National account for WWAV Rapp Collins and bringing the BMI account to Edinburgh-based agency Navigator.

In London, Hodkinson worked for Tequila, leading the Shell team, and later Canon across 15 countries.

Hipperson said: "Stuart has been instrumental in the shaping of RMG's approach to customer service and his unquestionable client services talent make his appointment to this broader role a natural progression."
