Research 2009 keynote speakers announced

LONDON - Professor Robert Winston and author Charles Leadbeater are the two keynote speakers signed up for the annual market research summit Research 2009, hosted by the Market Research Society on March 24-25.

The event opens with Rebecca Wynberg, chairman of Sadek Wynberg Millward Brown, interviewing Winston about the impact of science on society and the perceived fissure between creativity and research.

There will also be representatives from Google, HSBC and the London College of Fashion.

Breakout sessions will be also be held in the Plaza Suite, including a workshop on how to 'Make better adverts by digging above the clichés', led by John Griffiths of Planning Above and Beyond and Elena Ionita of Leo Burnett Bucharest.

Pecha Kucha will also return this year, bringing day one to a close with a debate on 'When I run the market research industry...'
