The ads will feature from July 24 during presenter Steve Wiggins show, which runs from 2pm-6pm during the week.
The Cardiff-based station, which said it attracts around 211,000 weekly adult listeners, will also be running a special feature every Friday called "Aisle Be Back", which will ask people to text in what can be found in a particular aisle of a Sainsbury's store, to win 拢105 worth of the supermarket giant's vouchers.
Tony Dowling, sales director at Real Radio, said he thought the partnership had a long-term future and was positive it would be a success.
Real Radio Wales will also supplement the radio campaign through its , which will feature an interactive Sainsbury's button on the site.
