The magazine is aimed at ABC1 females aged between 25-40 who have young families, targeted because of their propensity to shop by mail order. The title will be distributed via direct mail and other targeted channels.
Charles Boliston, managing director of RDP, said: "Family Collection offers companies a highly effective way of generating top quality responses from this particular group of hard to find female shoppers who successfully balance family life with a wide range of outside interests."
RDP's other response-driven titles, where advertisers only pay a fixed cost per enquiry they receive, include Travellers Oasis and The Gallery.
Earlier this month, the company's directors completed a management buyout of RDP. Along with Boliston, executive chairman Peter Webb and finance director David Moody negotiated a share purchase deal with founding partners Robert Scott Moncrieff and Simon Cleaver, and former chairman Colin Lloyd.
