
Noakes takes the agency's most senior data planning role, replacing Simon James, who has left after seven years to join Sapient. Noakes has joined from DraftFCB, where he was managing partner and head of commercial planning.
Strategic planning is overseen by Gavin Hilton, who has been given the new role of director of customer experience.
Furminger will be responsible for developing and implementing Rapp UK's technology strategy, harnessing the use of new platforms.
His previous two roles were digital consultant at Carlson Marketing, and interim head of digital at Grand Union.

In another hire, Rapp has appointed Harper Collins group marketing director Shiona McDougall as a strategy director, reporting to Marsh. Her past roles include marketing director at Virgin Wines and senior strategist at Agency.com.
