Bathing brand Radox has teamed up with best-selling author Kathy Lette to launch a waterproof novel as part of its £4.5m Be-Selfish rebrand campaign.

The splash-proof book, All Steamed Up, is designed for women to read in the bath while using Radox products.

It follows the character Katie Love as she encounters marriage, pregnancy, childbirth and the ‘tedium' of looking after small children.

Kathy Lette said: ‘The novel features a theme I've often addressed in my books. Being selfish and taking time out is so much cheaper than a divorce or a nervous breakdown.'

Brand owner Sara Lee Household & Body Care UK said it is dedicated to all stressed women everywhere and urges women in the UK to be more selfish.

It is available from today from . It is being promoted by model Nell McAndrew.

The Radox Be-Selfish campaign launched in June and targets women aged 25-44.
