
The trade marketing body for the commercial radio sector has posted a 1 min 17 second ad on YouTube that plays on the audio impact of the commercials selected by Thinkbox to promote television as an advertising platform.
A spokesman for the RAB said: "The advert showcasing telly actually uses iconic ads of the past that everyone remembers because of the sound.
"The Thinkbox ad does of course showcase TV advertising well but what struck us when we saw it was that the ads that they've used also work well on the radio because of the well known catchphrases and jingles - a perfect example of how radio and telly work well together."
