
The single site, , is designed and produced by digital agency Publicis Modem.
It will consolidate 40 sites and use algorithm technology similar to that on dating and retail sites to match candidates and "intelligently suggest cross brand opportunities to those less sure of what role they are best suited to."
Candidates will be able to make comparisons of roles and create shortlists and ultimately make decisions.
Alternatively, experienced candidates can efficiently find exact roles of interest.
The online recruiting experience will enable RBS to capture data from candidate enquiries and allow in-house recruiters to search through the database for candidates who match current vacancies, "reducing dependence on third party recruitment agencies".
