Public Health England "Better health" by M&C Saatchi

Public Health England is on a mission to quash adult obesity during the coronavirus pandemic.

The ad shows a range of people classified as overweight as they engage in food prep and exercise, from dog walking to optimistic yoga poses. All the while a voiceover discusses how weight loss can affect heart health, cancer and Covid-19. 

Another spot demonstrates the role of BMI in classifying weight categories and how being overweight can impact overall health during the pandemic. 

The campaign launched on Monday (27 July) alongside outdoor and print activity encouraging the public to adopt healthier habits, such as exercising or cycling to work.
