PSG has appointed Christopher Allner, head of private equity at Octopus Investments, to the role of non-exec investment director. Richard Jaques, former finance director of PR agency Hill and Knowlton has been named the company's first chief financial officer.
Jaques will be responsible for directing the financial, HR and marketing parts of PSG's business.
Allner will join the board of directors to advise the company as PSG continues to expand and invest in the ambient and outdoor markets.
He will continue his role at Octopus and also sits on the boards of several companies including Myla, The Kendal Group, First Retail and T4 Media.
In addition, Andrew Keiller, sales director of PSG's ambient division Brandspace, and Greg Ravilious, sales director of fitting room media division Fitting Exposure, have been promoted to the extended 10-strong board.
