Proximity London boosts digital with director hires

LONDON - Proximity London has beefed up its digital department with the appointment of two new digital account directors joining from Amaze and the Reading Room.

Rachel Robson will act as the company's digital account director on Royal Mail, developing and rolling out its digital vision, running the account team and encouraging integration with the offline team.

She joins Proximity London from Amaze, where, as head of digital marketing, she ran the Toyota and Lexus accounts. Her experience also includes time spent as head of digital production at Bartle Bogle Hegarty and as an account director at Saatchi Vision.

Mark Killingley will also join the company as a digital account director, where he will work on the TV Licensing account. He will undertake responsibility for integrating digital projects with offline activity.

Killingley was formerly communications director at Reading Room. Before that he was head of interactive at Seven Worldwide, where he worked for clients including Virgin, HP and British Airways.

Stewart Atkins, head of digital at Proximity London, said: "We're delighted to have these two talented account directors on board. They will make a valuable contribution to the continuing growth of our digital offering."

This year has seen Proximity London win digital work for CITB and Virgin Games, along with redeveloping the TV Licensing website.
