The campaign is part of a wider partnership between Pizza Hut and the cinema industry.
Pizza Hut recently signed a seven-figure deal to secure the "family gold spot", the second biggest sponsorship opportunity in cinemas. This allows Pizza Hut to run a commercial before every U certificate film.
The new campaign will run throughout the school summer holiday months. It features a split screen effect, with one half of the screen showing a family enjoying dinner at Pizza Hut, while in the other half the same family are shown at the cinema.
The ad demonstrates how the "Pizza Hut summer blockbuster deal" allows families to avoid choosing between a trip to the cinema and eating out -- with the deal they can do both. The TV campaign will be supported by six-sheet posters running on sites close to cinemas.
