Pitch Update

Eurostar has decided on the shortlist for its pan-European advertising account and it does not contain the UK and Belgium incumbents, Fallon and TBWA\Brussels.

Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO, M&C Saatchi and CHI & Partners are competing for the business along with Euro RSCG, which is partnering with Fred & Farid, and Brothers and Sisters, which has teamed up with Leg, the previous incumbent on Eurostar's advertising business in France.

Agencies pitched this week for the launch of Tate & Lyle's new sweetener brand Light At Heart. Fallon, Krow and VCCP are vying for the business.

The pitchlist for Adams Foods' £3 million advertising account for its Kerrygold brand has been whittled down to three. The incumbent, WCRS, which has held the account for five years, will pitch against Karmarama and Creature London in the statutory review overseen by the marketing director, Alastair Jackson.

It's that time of year when, cliche demands, we are reminded that pets apparently don't make good Christmas gifts. It's fitting, then, that the RSPCA is close to making its decision on its £2.5 million media account - MediaCom, All Response Media and the incumbent, Mike Colling & Company, are all expecting news over the next week.

William Hill has shortlisted three agencies for its £13 million media planning and buying account. It is understood that both Vizeum and MEC are in the frame, plus one other agency. The incumbent, the7stars, is not repitching.
