Proximity and Lida gave TV Licensing their final submissions at noon yesterday and are now waiting to see which agency is picked for the lucrative direct marketing account. Proximity has held the business for 15 years. Agencies have been told not to expect a result this side of Christmas.
The first round of pitches for Ikea's CRM and digital review take place next week on Thursday and Friday. Lida, the incumbent for the CRM business, is pitching against Proximity, MRM Meteorite and DigitasLBi. The homeware giant has scheduled a second round of pitches for mid-December.
The Honda pan-European advertising brief pitch is due to take place on the third week of November. Roster agencies Mcgarrybowen and Wieden & Kennedy London are competing against Hakuhodo and Joint.

Reviews
Uber is reviewing with an eye to appointing a global creative agency, a first for the brand. The review does not affect the brand's relationship with Deutsch in the US and it is also in talks with media agencies for an unspecified assignment. In the UK, Uber works with Bartle Bogle Hegarty London for creative and Manning Gottlieb OMD for media.
PG Tips, the Unilever tea brand, is reviewing its ad account. Mother, the incumbent, will defend the account.
P&O Ferries has contacted advertising agencies about its requirements but, when contacted by 北京赛车pk10, said it is not actively reviewing for a new agency.
Macallan, the whisky brand owned by Edrington Group, is reviewing its global creative agency requirements. AAR is handling the process. The brand has previously worked with David Holmes, the veteran art director.
TripAdvisor is is not reviewing its UK and Ireland media account, as wrongly stated in an earlier version of this story. The brand has pitched media for a number of new territories and the review does not affect its current UK agency, All Response Media. AAR is handling the review.

Radox has appointed Adam & Eve/DDB to handle its global advertising business. The account was previously with Droga5 which last worked with the Unilever brand last year.
BT has agreed to move its estimated £160m media planning and buying account from Maxus to WPP's sister agency Essence. The elevation of Essence is part of a broader restructuring that will see Maxus and MEC merge to form a new agency, Wavemaker.
The Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse has appointed MullenLowe London to handle a £1m nationwide ad campaign to help drum up support.
Save the Children International has appointed Mother as its lead creative and strategic agency ahead of the charity's 100th anniversary in 2019. There is no incumbent on this account but Save the Children will continue to work with existing agencies Adam & Eve/DDB in the UK and J Walter Thompson internationally.
McCann Bristol has been appointed as airline Flybe’s new marketing agency, consolidating work previously handled by the airline’s agency roster, after a competitive pitch. The agency's initial scope of work will include advertising, media buying and production for pan-European campaigns ahead of a major brand repositioning next year.
