Incumbent Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO, Mother, MullenLowe London and Wieden & Kennedy are preparing for tissue meetings next week. The pitch will take place during the first week of August in a process run by AAR.

Agencies vying for Marks & Spencer’s integrated advertising and digital business attended an all-day briefing this week, with pitches due in August. Only WPP-aligned shops are contesting the account, which came up for review in May. Grey London, The & Partnership and VCCP will compete against 16-year incumbent Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R.

Business insurer Hiscox has chosen AMV to handle its estimated £8m ad account. Eight-year incumbent VCCP, Anomaly and W&K were also involved in the process run by ISBA. Last year, Hiscox moved its media planning and buying business from Vizeum to Goodstuff Communications.

Agencies competing for Scottish Power’s media planning and buying account have until mid-August to prepare for pitches. The review includes SEO and pay-per-click activity. The7stars is the incumbent.

Audible, Amazon’s audiobooks arm, held chemistry meetings with six media shops this week. The company is expected to whittle the list down to four agencies before pitches kick off at the beginning of August.
