
Rubin joins MEC Access from Mindshare where she worked as an account director. She has experience on a range of global clients including HSBC, BP, Unilever and Nike and was also part of the successful London 2012 bid team.
At the agency Rubin will provide strategic consultancy across all of the agency's clients, which include Danone Waters and Spar.
She will also be responsible for identifying and developing integrated partnerships, reporting to Tove Okunniwa, managing partner of MEC Access.
Rubin replaces Will Cook, who left the company at the end of January.
