Combining live safari animals and a theme park adventure, the new Zufari: Ride into Africa attraction will be incorporated into meeting and event packages at Chessington World of Adventures Resort.
Corporate guests, event organsiers and celebrities including Nicola McLean, Katy Hill and Alison Hammond joined for the launch event on 15 March.
Guests began the adventure with an interactive cinema experience at Base Camp, which provided an intriguing preview of things to come.
They then jumped aboard off road expedition vehicles, careering through tough terrain where they encountered animals including white rhinos, giraffes, blesbok, nile letchwe and zebras.
After experiencing Zufari: Ride into Africa it was back to the Holiday Inn-London Chessington hotel, before heading to the luxury safari tent-inspired Serengeti Suite for an African-themed buffet dinner.
