Guests including Poppy Delevingne, Caroline Issa, Olivia Inge, Zara Martin and Graham Norton attended the Manhattan-themed celebration, which hosted approximately 300 people.

Attendees were greeted by a cocktail reception, where projected images were used to showcase New York city and create the illusion of physically being there.

They then took a walk down the city’s iconic Fifth Avenue, at which point New York-inspired cocktails were served up at speakeasy bar Charlie’s, which is named after the brand’s founder, Charlie Lewis Tiffany. Jazz singer Lana Shelley provided the entertainment.

Once outside the bar, guests were invited to look through recreations of former window displays by Gene Moore, who designed the brand’s windows for almost 40 years.

The installation celebrates the opening of Tiffany & Co.'s new boutique within Selfridges London.

Barratt West, vice president and managing director of Tiffany & Co. UK and Ireland, said: "As part of the celebration surrounding the opening of our new location at Selfridges, we wanted to give our customers a true New York experience, with Tiffany at the centre of the city’s glamour and sophistication."

The installation opens to the public today (3 July) until 12 July.
