The four-day festival, which was held at the Southbank Centre, London, hosted stalls from culinary businesses throughout the world. Barcelonan food market La Boqueria set up along the riverbank, while the likes of La Tasca and Notting Hill Kitchen were based outside the Festival Village near Royal Festival Hall.
Ticketed wine blending classes were held in the ground floor of the Queen Elizabeth Hall, giving guests the chance to taste and mix Campo Viejo’s red wine grapes.
There was also a chance to participate in psychologist professor Charles Spence’s wine experiment in the colour lab, where visitors tasted wine while being bathed in different colours of light.
Alongside food and drink events taking place, urban artists Remed and Okuda entertained crowds by creating a Spanish-themed artwork in a perspex cube.
The event was run by event agency Miss Jones & Co. Alex Ingram, production assistant at the company, told Event there are "definitely" plans to host the festival in 2015.
