In pictures: Knorr charters The Gravy Train

Gluten-free gravy brand Knorr chartered a first-class Virgin Trains carriage yesterday (19 January) to give 60 chefs en route to the Hospitality Show in Birmingham a 'gravy train' experience.

Working with communications agency William Murray, Knorr’s brand ambassadors guided guests to the 8.23am train from London Euston to Birmingham International.

Once aboard the train, guests were given the chance to network in the chartered carriage and enjoy a free breakfast. There was also a chance to sample the gluten-free gravy before being escorted the The Hospitality Show at the NEC Birmingham.

Leon Mills, marketing manager for Knorr, said: "We know how demanding life in the kitchen is, especially with the added challenge of the new allergens legislation. We believe everyone deserves the best and as a little something extra to celebrate, the ‘gravy train’ offered chefs the chance to sit back and relax, on us."
