Guests were handed a passport on arrival and led through an engaging tour of the venue, including its outdoor spaces of the Courtyard and the secret garden.
Throughout the evening guests were also encouraged to participate and tweet fun photos with the hashtag #summerofsenses to enter a competition to win a Christmas party venue for their office. Tweets were fed live onto a 55-inch screen in the Snow Room.
Entertainment provided by Sternberg Clarke involved a living flamingo statue in the secret garden and an iPad caricaturist and passport photo booth, which people could add to their BMA House passport and take home with them.
An LED dance floor was supplied by Freelove Entertainment, whilst AV and production was supplied by SLA and the Essential Event Group.
Laytons delivered a wine tasting session and caterer Baxter Storey showcased its talents in the Courtyard with its new Hound Dog offering, with pork, beef and vegetarian hot dogs served with sides including coleslaw and fries, a large paella station and a sweet dessert cart. The rhythmic tunes of Buffalo Tale provided music and entertainment around the Courtyard.
