The pop-up was open in Boxpark for one day only. Visitors could order a coconut water-based mocktail from a menu created by chef Anna Jones, by Instagramming a picture of themselves at the activation.
They could select their drink of choice by captioning the photo with a code of emojis.
Alongside the bar, the event also featured live music from a Caribbean steel band and coconut oil-themed beauty treatments. Guests could sip on their fruity mocktails on sunloungers amid tiki statues, flamingo statues and straw umbrellas.
